Q: How does the free plan work?

A: We offer a free plan for up to 2 mobile devices that you can use for trials, testing or even real work! You can use the free plan for as long as you like and upgrade to a paid plan when you need to support more devices.

Q: Do paid plans come with a trial period?

A: No. Please use our free plan for as long as you need to make an informed decision. If you need to test with more than 2 devices, please contact us and we'll get you up and running.


Q: Do I have to sign a long term contract?

A: No. Our plans may be used as a pay-as-you-go service for which you simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel a month-to-month payment plan you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again. Refunds cannot be issued for month-to-month payment plans and we don't prorate for partial months.


Q: Do you offer any discounted term plans?

A: Yes. We offer 3, 6 and 12 month term plans to fit your unique deployment needs. If you cancel a term plan you'll be charged for the current month and reimbursed for any remaining months less the value of one month. We do not reimburse cancellations after the end of the first, fourth and tenth month, respectively.


Q: Are there any additional fees?

A: Nope! The prices that you see above are all inclusive. Please note that you or your organization may incur additional costs according to your mobile or cellular data transfer plan. Hint: use text-only forms or switch to online mode only when WiFi is available to lessen overall data transfer.


Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: Currently we accept most major currencies via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

Group Complete was discontinued in March 2012 due to a change in direction at Radical Dynamic. This website has been kept intact as a sample of Group Complete's technology portfolio.
